We designed and constructed this urban multi‑tenant logistics facility facing National Route 246, which connects Tokyo with Kanagawa and eastern Shizuoka, and located within walking distance of the nearest railway station, providing excellent accessibility for both goods and people. The facility features a double rampway system with independent ascending and descending ramps, enabling efficient traffic flow within the site.
Electricity generated by solar louvers installed along the vehicular circulation walls is supplied to a disaster‑prevention park open to the local community.
Under the overarching concept of “Ecologistics,” the project introduces a new model for urban logistics facilities—one that integrates environmental performance and disaster resilience while coexisting with the surrounding community.
Shared spaces are designed with a refined, hotel‑like quality to enhance employee comfort and workplace satisfaction.
